The AI Leadership Hub

The 20-Day AI Leadership Hub

Every lesson is recorded, so a new one opens each day and you watch it on your own time. Four weeks of applied work, forty five to sixty minutes a day, and no technical background required to begin.

Week One

Access

Set up the right tools, establish safe-use boundaries, and build a working environment for the program.

  • Day 1Set Up Claude and Circle. Get oriented in Claude and Circle, and learn where each AI task belongs in the tool stack.
  • Day 2Set Your Leadership Goal. Install Wispr Flow, define a leadership focus, and record a baseline metric and confidence rating.
  • Day 3Organize Your Drive and Connect It Safely. Build a folder structure, connect an approved service with least access, and pass the data-boundary check.
  • Day 4Prompt with Purpose. Use task, context, audience, and output format to generate options and select the strongest result.
  • Day 5Choose the Right Claude Workspace. Use a decision card to select the right workspace and set up VS Code, Claude Code, and Python.
Week Two

Identity

Give AI the context, voice, routines, and process knowledge needed to support leadership work well.

  • Day 6Build Your Leadership DNA. Create a leadership DNA markdown file and attach it to a working Claude Project.
  • Day 7Build Your Routine and Time Tracker. Create a Project home base, a leadership prompt library, a daily routine, and a running time tracker.
  • Day 8APIs and Connectors. Choose the right connection type and build something that talks to another tool, with credentials stored safely.
  • Day 9Brand Yourself. Build a design system, written brand guide, and one on-brand asset from real reference material.
  • Day 10Map One Repeatable Leadership Process. Map a recurring process and clearly identify the steps that must stay human.
Week Three

Systems

Turn repeat work into reusable skills, routines, reports, and content systems.

  • Day 11Create a Leadership Skill. Turn the Day 10 workflow into a reusable skill, test it on two cases, and revise it from what broke.
  • Day 12Design the Routine Around the Skill. Build a Routine Card and schedule a leadership briefing that has run successfully.
  • Day 13Digitize Reports. Turn a tracker into a structured, repeatable report and save the process as a reusable skill.
  • Day 14Social Content in Your Voice. Build a content system, hand-edit an original, and repurpose it into three formats.
  • Day 15PowerPoint Presentations. Build a finished presentation participants can reuse as their template for future leadership presentations.
Week Four

Leadership

Build useful tools, pressure-test decisions, and rehearse the leadership conversations that matter.

  • Day 16Build a Web Tool Demo. Build a small web tool, improve it through feedback, download it, and demo it to a colleague.
  • Day 17Artifact Dashboards and Reports. Build and publish a leadership dashboard or tool, test three cases, and document its limitations.
  • Day 18Rehearse a Hard Conversation. Build a sparring bot, complete two rounds of practice, and keep a reusable coaching tracker.
  • Day 19Build an LLM Council Skill. Pressure-test a real leadership decision through several adversarial perspectives and identify a first move.
  • Day 20Build a Custom Leadership Chatbot. Scope, build, secure, and adversarially test a chatbot with a clear refusal list.
