The AI Leadership Hub

This Is Not About Replacing People.
It's About Elevating Them.

Digital transformation is a team sport. We teach whole teams to adopt AI together, led from the top, so an organization moves as one. Not to replace anyone. To hand off the copying and pasting and give people their hours back for the work only people can do.

The AI Leadership Hub: One Team, One Path

Five stages. Twenty-five days. One lesson a day, taken by the whole cohort at once. Every lesson is a build-along, so people leave with the thing instead of the notes.

Access

Set up the tools, organize the source information, connect approved data at least-privilege access, and establish safe-use boundaries before anything else happens.

  • A business goal with a measurable metric, a baseline, and a confidence rating
  • A folder structure and naming standard both people and AI can navigate
  • Approved data sources connected, with the data-boundary check passed
  • A daily AI briefing designed and hand-tested before it gets automated

Identity

Give AI the context, voice, and workflow knowledge it needs to support real work, and build a reusable brand kit so documents stop looking improvised.

  • A professional AI profile covering role, audience, goals, values, and boundaries
  • An ongoing project workspace with instructions and reference content
  • A voice guide built from real writing samples, tested against a rubric
  • One repeatable work process mapped end to end, and a visual brand kit

Systems

Turn repeat work into reusable skills and routines that keep running after the lesson ends. This is the week the hours actually start coming back.

  • A reusable custom skill, tested on two real cases and revised after failures
  • A routine card: trigger, cadence, owner, review point, and failure path
  • One paper or spreadsheet tracker digitized and analyzed safely
  • A week of content adapted across platforms, still in your own voice

Ownership

Prototype something real, rehearse the conversations that decide business, and put the daily briefing on a schedule that runs without you.

  • A working no-code prototype, tested on three cases and clearly labeled
  • Two AI-supported role-play rounds with feedback applied between them
  • An observation tracker you can keep using for coaching
  • The daily briefing automated, monitored, and troubleshot once

Strategy

Each day takes a real leadership habit and rebuilds it with AI. Closes with the capstone, presented against the baseline set on day two.

  • A strategic presentation with one insight per slide and a clear recommendation
  • Individual leadership development plans and a coaching conversation guide
  • A re-scored, re-segmented lead list with the scoring factors documented
  • A capstone performance dashboard, presented with a 30-day plan
Risk, Handled

This is a regulated industry, so the program teaches the boundaries before it teaches the tools.

Why This Matters

Start Operating at the Top of Your License. Say Goodbye to the Mundane.

Every job has the part only a person can do. Reading a room. Earning trust. Coaching someone through a hard week. And every job has the other part: copying, pasting, and rebuilding the same report every Monday.

AI is very good at the second kind of work. It was never supposed to be good at the first.

So this is not about taking jobs away. It is about putting the humanity back into them.

Where the hours go today

  • Copying and pasting between systems that don't talk
  • Rewriting the same email for the tenth time
  • Rebuilding the same report every Monday
  • Chasing follow-ups by hand

Where they go instead

  • Sitting with clients and the families who depend on them
  • Coaching an agent through a hard week
  • Recruiting and developing the bench
  • Relationships that renew year after year

It has to start with the leader. When the person at the top can do it, talk about it, and coach it, the room follows. That's why we train the whole team together and start with the leader, so they can link arms and lift together instead of leaving people behind.

The Growth Path

Bundle. Lift. Transform.

Everyone starts on the same footing. What comes after depends on how far a person or an organization wants to take it.

Who We Serve

Training Minds. Building Positivity. Empowering Futures.

Built for the insurance industry, from the field to the corner office. We train these people together, on purpose.

The Founder

Annette Fog

I built my career around leadership development, strategy, and innovation, working with Fortune 500 organizations to close the gap between what people know and what they actually do.

Through both that work and doctoral research, I kept seeing the same pattern: organizations spend enormous money on tools and workshops, and very little changes. People show up. People finish. Production stays the same.

That question, how do we create real behavior change?, is what FogWorks AI was built to answer.

I focus on people. I educate them so they can work together and transform into a better organization, instead of a handful of early adopters pulling away from everyone else. When a whole team learns at once and the leader learns first, the culture shifts with it.

  • Enterprise enablement background serving Fortune 500 clients across leadership development and organizational transformation
  • Curriculum built with Action Mapping, starting from what the role must do differently in the field
  • A confidence and capability baseline on day two, compared against the capstone, so movement is measured instead of assumed
